Returns

Shoes must be in NEW CONDITION when we receive them. Shoes that show wear and tear are unacceptable and the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges via credit card to return them back. Shoes must be tried on indoors on a clean floor. We do not accept shoes that have been worn.

We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee for all non-fault shipped items that are returned to Top 10 and any previous shipping charges WILL NOT be refunded.

All returns must be accompanied by your original receipt.

We do not pay for return shipping.

All returns must be received by Top 10 within 30 days of the invoice date.

We will accept general returns for full priced merchandise however, the return shipping must be paid for by the customer. For size exchanges, we will ship the merchandise back to you free of charge, after we receive the original shipment back from you. Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable.


All goods must be returned in original packaging (including manufacturers packing paper for footwear), with all factory tags still attached (including extra laces included with some footwear), subject to a new box fee of $10.00. Socks and boxers must be attached or in original packaging. We DO NOT accept worn or tried on socks or boxers. They must be attached or in the original packaging. If they are returned, not according to policy, please keep in mind that we will not accept them and you will be held responsible for the return shipping.

Footwear returns PLEASE read: If you are returning shoes to us, they must be shipped in a second box/shipping bag other then the shoe box. The box and items must not be damaged, smashed or have anything missing. DO NOT PUT TAPE on the shoe boxes. Any return we receive that has a shipping label on the manufacturer's shoe box will be immediately refused back to you.

All returned items that are not followed through per company policy, will be retained by Top 10 and processed for donation.
